Six of the eight members of our Senior Management Team were internally promoted to their current position. Two of these have been with us for their entire career. Firstly our Operations Director who was originally employed as a CAD Placement Student, taking a full time position with us on leaving University. Then our Service Manager who joined as a 16 year old Refrigeration Apprentice.

As a business we know we need to constantly improve so innovation and creativity are encouraged. We have a bottom-up process, recognising the employees on the project are best suited to suggest changes.
