Through a combination of our expert in-house knowledge and dedicated partners, we provide turnkey packaged walk-in Cleanrooms to various specifications.
Typically used in manufacturing or scientific research, Cleanrooms are controlled environments that prevent a process from contamination. This is in the form of dust and airborne microbes. The level of cleanliness is determined by the number of airborne particles larger than 0.5um, that are present per cubic metre of air. As well as this, a total number of complete air changes are needed per hour.
With unparalleled experience in modular walk-in rooms, available in various sizes starting with an internal area of 18.37m², our expertise is adding externally sited rooms linked in to your building. This ensures no compromise to efficient process flow, thus ideal for businesses or organisations where internal space is restricted.
We deliver rooms finished to your site and offer complete installation. This includes full certification, electrics, heating, plumbing, air conditioning as well as temperature and humidity control. Our rooms can achieve temperatures between -60°c and +85°c, with humidity levels between 5% and 95% RH. Data logging equipment also comes as standard, providing traceability.
We work with our partners, who as specialists understand the importance of a room which can guarantee a low level of pollutants inside. Therefore, all of our Cleanrooms are supplied with state-of-the-art air filtration systems to ensure air is highly filtered and continually circulated to exclude pollutants.
We offer Cleanrooms with ISO classifications 5-8. Classifications are determined by the number of air changes required per hour in accordance with BS EN ISO 14644.
|Classification||Air Changes Per Hour|
|ISO Class 8 (Class 100,000)||5 – 48|
|ISO Class 7 (Class 10,000)||60 – 90|
|ISO Class 6 (Class 1,000)||150 – 240|
|ISO Class 5 (Class 100)||240 – 480|
