Our Tempering units were designed especially to temper your products in a controlled environment. The Tempering unit also complies with a range of standards, including HACCP, BRC and GMP, ensuring that your produce always meets the required standards of quality.
The use of a skin probe allows the monitoring of product skin temperature. This triggers the refrigeration unit, when needed, to ensure the product does not exceed the specified temperatures. The core probe monitors the product’s core temperature, switching the unit into hold mode when the product has thoroughly defrosted.
The introduction of hold mode increases energy efficiency. The unit uses less power to hold your product at temperature than it would during the standard defrost cycle, allowing you to remove your products at your own convenience.
