Portable Walk In Cleanrooms linked to a building give an alternative option to the current cleanroom market offering of within an existing building taking up valuable internal space and sited where space is created not necessarily where it needs to be.
With 30 years’ experience in modular design we understand how to address your challenges. Perfect for when your requirement is for a limited timespan a single modular cleanroom solution can be upgraded or added to quickly. With one of our recent installations a pharmaceutical client is now saving $1M per annum by bringing a process in-house with our modular cleanroom rental complex.
Used in the medical, biotech, pharmaceutical, manufacturing, technological and food and drink industries clean rooms are also instrumental in selected process manufacturing in the aerospace, military and other engineering.
Cleanrooms are controlled environments that prevent contamination from dust and airborne microbes. All our modular cleanroom solutions are supplied with the latest air filtration systems to ensure air is highly filtered and continually circulated to exclude pollutants, delivered to site ready-to-use and with complete installation. This includes full certification, electrics, heating, plumbing, and air conditioning, as well as temperature and humidity control, to suit required design. Data logging equipment also comes as standard, providing traceability.
As a market leader with over 20 years experience in providing MHRA compliant modular and portable temperature control solutions to the pharmaceutical industry, we apply the same level of dedication, attention to detail and quality to the design and construction of our Modular Cleanrooms.
We offer portable walk in cleanrooms with ISO classifications 5-8. Classifications are determined by the number of air changes required per hour in accordance with BS EN ISO 14644.
Classification | Air Changes Per Hour |
---|---|
ISO Class 8 (Class 100,000) | 5 – 48 |
ISO Class 7 (Class 10,000) | 60 – 90 |
ISO Class 6 (Class 1,000) | 150 – 240 |
ISO Class 5 (Class 100) | 240 – 480 |
Typically used in manufacturing or scientific research, Cleanrooms are controlled environments that prevent a process from contamination. This is in the form of dust and airborne microbes. The level of cleanliness is determined by the number or airborne particles larger than 0.5um, that are present per cubic metre of air. As well as this, the total number of complete air changes are needed per hour.
