Cleanrooms are controlled environments that prevent contamination from dust and airborne microbes. All our cleanrooms are supplied with the latest air filtration systems to ensure air is highly filtered and continually circulated to exclude pollutants and delivered to site ready-to-use and with complete installation. This includes full certification, electrics, heating, plumbing, and air conditioning, as well as temperature and humidity control. Our rooms can achieve temperatures between 60°C and +85°C, with humidity levels between 5% and 95% RH. Data logging equipment also comes as standard, providing traceability.
We offer cleanrooms with ISO classifications 5-8. Classifications are determined by the number of air changes required per hour in accordance with BS EN ISO 14644.

Typically used in manufacturing or scientific research, Cleanrooms are controlled environments that prevent a process from contamination. This is in the form of dust and airborne microbes. The level of cleanliness is determined by the number of airborne particles larger than 0.5um, that are present per cubic metre of air. As well as this, the total number of complete air changes are needed per hour.
