BBC Good Food Show Summer Supported by DGTCS

For the past few years, Dawsongroup temperature control solutions (DGTCS) have worked closely with CEVA Logistics, providing coldstores for several BBC Good Food shows.

The BBC Good Food Show Summer hits the midlands on the 14-17thJune at the NEC Birmingham. A wide variety of exhibitors are in attendance – the show is packed with seasonal produce, ideas for al-fresco entertaining, and the UK’s top chefs cooking up fresh recipes live – making it the go-to place for food lovers nationwide.

With all the fresh produce at the show, and the level of stock exhibitors need to hold for the duration of it, CEVA Logistics once again brought in the trusted DGTCS team to supply both a 31 and a 14 pallet coldstore. These would efficiently and reliably hold the chilled temperatures required to maintain the integrity of the products stored inside.

Flexibility

Due to a late influx of demand from exhibitors, the show needed additional storage capacity close to the opening day. DGTCS pride themselves on the level of service and flexibility they can provide, and less than 24 hours before the delivery was scheduled, an extra 10 pallet coldstore was supplied and all were commissioned in time for the show.

Whether you are exhibiting or visiting, DGTCS hopes the BBC Good Food Show Summer is the greatest success for everyone involved, and are proud to be supporting such a prestigious event.
