Dawsongroup Present Award at Food Management Today Awards

On Thursday 31st January, Dawsongroup temperature control solutions (DGTCS) attended the Food Management Today Awards at the Royal Garden Hotel, Kensington with the top UK food industry leaders to present an award for the best seafood product.

Awards varied from best new product development to food retailer of the year. On the night, renowned chef and TV broadcaster John Torode was presenting awards voted for by the Food Management Today readers and judged by industry experts.

DGTCS presented the award for Best Seafood Product in partnership with Food Management Today to JCS Fish Ltd for their BigFish Salmon Fillets Marinated in Eastern Thai Spices.

“It was good to see some of Dawsongroup’s client and contractor base at the awards, it allows you to understand the collaboration between companies that helps businesses to achieve their goals. The event was very well organised and all of the Dawsongroup team that attended enjoyed the excellent food and hospitality throughout the day.” Said Jonathan McKie, Operations Director at DGTCS.
