“I think kind of twofold. One we’ve got an existing relationship with the guys and we’ve got some of your storage units. Then the flexibility and cost of renting these units rather than, we looked at getting something bespoke built and fabricated into the building, and it was going to be too much investment for what we needed. So more on the relationship side, but also on the cost side as well .”
