‘Why did you choose Dawsons?’
‘I’ve used them previously. I came from Private industry after 28 years into the NHS for Service Improvement. We rented 2 Dawson Units for a previous organisation through a guy called Gary Smith. So while I was in the NHS I just thought this unit was needed rapidly to store medicines for intensive care for COVID patients. So that’s why I remembered Gary. I phoned up Dawsons, Gary wasn’t there, I think he’s moved on within Dawsons, so I dealt with Martin Bowman. He was extremely helpful but also it was the Dawson reputation in the past and we had the same level of service from Martin so that’s what made it for us’.’
