The purpose of this role will be to provide general administrative assistance in a busy business unit within Dawsongroup temperature controlled solutions. In this role you will answer and distribute calls as they come into the business, relaying accurate messages and supplying callers with as and when needed with basic information. In this role duties will include but are not limited to; Assisting with all hourly paid staff time sheets and submit reports, Maintaining and updating internal absence requests and attendance records, Assist with expense forms and the reposting of all expenses, Manage all administrative tasks within the team, Monitor the database ensuring correct and accurate information is recorded, Issue Company property as and where required, and Working with other departments including head office with all collations of information for employees.
To be successful in this role you will have had previous experience within an administrative role, have excellent administration skills, Be confident to communicate at all levels, have a good working knowledge of Microsoft Office and be a great team player.
