Midland Chilled Foods has been a trusted supplier of chilled and frozen food across the UK for almost 50 years, providing the industry with great quality and great value.

In January 2023, the company suffered a devastating fire which destroyed 60% of their warehousing, as well as their entire production plant. 

With help from Rodger Norman and Chris Allen from Dawsongroup TCS, they were able to rebuild their sites both quickly and efficiently, in order to resume their operations. We delivered 21 units in total (18 inflatables and 3 hard-standing), providing 468m2 of chill storage and 162m2 of frozen storage. 

Being able to remain up and running after such a crisis was the key to ensuring no further damage was caused to their business. 

When we spoke with Steve Morris, Operations Director at Midland Chilled Foods, to ask how our solutions benefited them, he responded with “It saved our business. If it wasn’t for these units then there wouldn’t still be a business”.
