The core solutions we offer operate across the board. Our temperature range of -60°c to +85°c, and humidity range of 5%RH to 95%RH, meet all your temperature control requirements.

Through expert in-house knowledge and a number of dedicated partners, who allow us to guarantee a low level of internal pollutants, we provide modular cleanroom solutions that can be sited externally but linked to your facility.

Chill and Freeze

Modules are fitted with the refrigeration plant, whether single fridge, twin fridge or split systems, offering the best performance and energy efficiency and can be set to operate within a temperature range from +30ºC to -30º as standard although we offer modules to +85ºC or -60ºC.

Blast Freezers / Freezers

Our blasts are only supplied following a heat load calculation which, having input the product type, the temperature in, product volume, the temperature required and required product cycle time, to ensure we supply the right model for your need.

Tempering Units

Often referred to as ‘defrost’ and ‘quick thaw’, our tempering units are specifically designed to take any size and type of product from a frozen state to your desired finished core temperature in a safe and importantly accurate timescale.

Warming Rooms / Hot Boxes

Our Warming Rooms/Heat Chambers enable you to store or test your product at a variety of temperatures and relative humidity levels, up to approximately +85°C, often within 1 degree of set point.

Dock Loading Pods

We understand the importance of Dock Loading Pods to your process flow and productivity so will supply what is required and our solution can include everything you would expect. Load house, base frame, dock levellers,, inflatable dock shelter, insulated sectional overhead door, traffic light system, wheel guides, buffers, bollards as required but our service also includes a yard survey highlighting vehicle movement to ensure both safety and efficiency.
