With 30 years’ experience we can offer the solution you require, the flexibility you need, the feel and characteristics of a permanent build but without the extended build time and disruption associated with a traditional build.

We design and build our modular complexes after an initial consultation with the client. This consultation discusses the specification requirements and available space. Whether a Chilled Warehouse, Frozen Storage Facility, Temperature Controlled Distribution Centre, Pharmaceutical Storage or a Food Preparation or Production Area.

Our modular prefab complexes feature the latest technology – controllers precisely hold temperatures between +30⁰C to -30⁰C while data loggers make it easy to manage temperature history. Mains failure and over/under temperature alarms also alert you to any issues with an audible siren and flashing beacons.

We design each unit to deliver optimal energy efficiency, hygiene and safety standards. Our complexes have 100mm insulation throughout as standard, while the door frame heaters ensure there is no excessive ice build-up.

The interior is also food-safe and easy to clean, while lighting and non-slip resin floors allow for a safe and manageable working environment. Plus, there are additional end-user safety features including personnel trapped alarms and emergency lighting.

Modular Complexes

We can create larger complexes by connecting two or more modules simply by removing one or both walls from an existing unit. Alternatively, a small aperture can be cut in each unit, depending on the size and shape of the desired complex.

Dock Loading Pods

We provide fully operational ‘pop-up’ cross-docking facilities. Our in-house team design, install and maintain the units in a fraction of the time it would take to complete a conventional build.
