Our Robotic Systems
End-of-line automation is one of the first areas that a business will choose to optimise via the adoption of robotics. For this, we supply the PAL Pro system, which utilises a KUKA IONTEC KR70.
The PAL Pro is a compact system that can be manoeuvred with a single forklift and is extremely quick and easy with mechanical installation taking approximately 20 minutes, ensuring minimal downtime and production disruptions.
The PAL editor that is installed within the system allows for new pallet patterns to be created, and the continuous operation system allows for pallets to be safely removed from one position while palletisation continues in another.
