We recently spoke with our client, ‘Benyfit Natural’


Throughout the Covid-19 pandemic, we have been keeping in touch with our customers. During this time (and always) the power of a trusting relationship can never be underestimated. The trust works both ways, the current challenges facing most businesses have meant businesses have had to quickly adapt to ensure they survive.

We recently spoke with our client, ‘Benyfit Natural’ who are a manufacturer of raw, natural pet food. We discussed the current situation, how they are handing this both personally, as a business and any plans they are putting in place.

Just a bit of background, DGTCS have being working with Benyfit Natural for over 12 months now on various projects such as helping support their workflow and efficiency.

Greg Van Praagh is the Managing Director at Benyfit Natural commented on the Covid-19 situation, saying, “Covid-19 has been extremely aggressive. We work with lots of specialist pet retailers including anything from pet superstores all the way to retail stores and high street stores in our local area. To help, we immediately offered our customers free delivery. We also helped with minimal order quantities, stocking and re-topping up stock. All these things could be a challenge so we thought we’d do everything we could to support our customers.”

Benyfit Natural are also offering free online delivery, “Because people are on lockdown, they can’t necessarily visit their local pet shop, retailers etc. We are supporting these people by giving them free online delivery.”

Communicating with their customers is also an essential part of their support, “We’re here to offer advice to anyone needing it. We have been advising on how to set up click and collect services. This means the product can be loaded into the boot of their cars and they don’t have to get out, hence, reducing contact.”

On DGTCS Greg said, “I couldn’t be happier with the collaboration that we’ve had from Dawson’s. I think it’s about making sure that during these uncertain times, you are working with the correct suppliers. Suppliers who can ensure that you continue to offer service levels that your customers expect from you. It’s thanks to the guys at Dawson’s for all the hard work they’ve done now and continue to do, it’s a great partnership.”
