Délice De France

We recently delivered a blast freezer unit to Délice De France to increase storage space for their chilled foods.

They were extremely happy and scored us full marks in our customer satisfaction survey. The unit was described aesthetically as ’nice and clean’ , and they also confirmed that all DGTCS staff on site adhered to their site rules and H&S procedures.

Daylesford Organic

After working with Daylesford Organic, Gloucester, to deliver a unit to their site last month, they had some great things to say about Dawsongroup TCS. They applauded us on the ‘communication prior to delivery, aesthetic condition of equipment and actual delivery performance, and performance of equipment post delivery’, and described delivery day as ‘very smooth’.

Different Dog

Last month, we delivered a tempering unit to John Lyons at Different Dog, Shrewsbury.

John was thrilled with the experience from start to finish, but in particular the communication, aesthetic condition of the equipment, and how the equipment performed after delivery. He also noted how smoothly delivery day ran for all involved.

We asked him how he’d describe Dawsongroup TCS to someone who had never dealt with us before and he replied: ‘I’d be very positive. I’d describe you as being supremely professional, you do exactly what you say you will do and you do it when you say you will do it’.

Caledonian Pet Food

Last month, we worked with Caledonian Pet Food to provide a two bay open temperature controlled complex, creating 100m2 of additional floor space on a two year deal at their site in Dumfries, Scotland.

They scored us 15/15 on ‘Communication prior to delivery, Aesthetic Condition of equipment and Actual delivery performance’, and when asked to describe Dawsongroup TCS, he replied with ‘Trustworthy Service’

Greencore Food To Go

Some feedback from Carl, a Logistics Manager at ‘Greencore Food To Go’ on a recent delivery of a PIR -18C° holding freezer with 50m2 floor space.

Carl was very happy and described the ‘Aesthetic Condition’ as ’Clean, Perfect’ and described the ‘Actual Delivery Performance’ as ’Excellent, spot on despite them working in torrential rain’.

Alliance Healthcare

We recently worked with David Elliott at Alliance Healthcare in Coatbridge to provide them with a brand new PIR coldroom with a floor space of 50 square metres for a +2C° – +8C° application supported by twin refrigeration units for 100% back-up.

David is very happy and scored us 20/20 on ‘Communication prior to delivery, Aesthetic Condition of Equipment and Actual Delivery Performance, and Performance of Equipment Post Delivery’, whilst describing the delivery performance ’Excellent’.
