Hall Hunter

We recently conducted a Customer Delivery Satisfaction Questionnaire with Hall Hunter, Wokingham regarding the Twin Fridge unit we delivered to their site in May.

Scoring us 20/20 on ‘Communication prior to delivery, Aesthetic Condition of equipment, Actual delivery performance and Performance of Equipment Post Delivery’, the team stated that they chose Dawsongroup TCS due to our existing relationship having worked with us before.

When asked how our solutions have helped their businesses, they stated that it allowed them “to be a bit more flexible” in what they do with their fruit.

Savona Foodservice

In May we delivered two units to Savona Foodservice, Oxford.

They needed extra capacity as they planned to extend their internal freezer. After looking at a few suppliers, they chose Dawsongroup due to our quick service and the size of our units being three pallet width which gave them extra room.

United Petfood

We recently worked with United Petfood, Pencader to deliver 5 Instant Structures to their site.

They needed a unit very quickly due to increasing their working hours to 24/5 and expanding their site. They needed some extra storage space as soon as possible in order for them to be able to store both raw and finished goods.

They commented the DGTCS delivery team were ’very well organised and there was no disruption to any part of the business’, as well as scoring us full marks on our Customer Satisfaction Survey.

West Country Fruit

We recently delivered two units to West Country Fruit, Falmouth.

Describing both of the units as ‘perfect’ and scoring us full marks on our Customer Satisfaction Survey, the units have made a huge difference and allowed their business to increase stock levels due to increased storage capacity.

They were also extremely happy with the service provided by Dawsongroup, choosing us for this project because of our reputation!

Symingtons

Symington’s is a food manufacturing company based in Leeds. Their brands include MugShot, Naked Noodle, Chicken Tonight, Twisted and Ragu.

Symington’s used to keep their raw materials and packaging in third-party ambient storage and needed to plan ahead for transferring the materials to their site when demand arose.

Due to their continuous business growth, their third-party storage became too expensive and not beneficial for the manufacturing operations in Leeds. They looked for a solution which would ensure the materials are on site and available when required, rather than using off site facilities, and that would reduce their operation costs.

Based on their needs, Project Development Manager Michael Samsum helped Symington’s to bring full control back to their site by installing the triple 12.5m instant inflatable warehouse structure at their site, with no interruption to their existing facilities or processes. It helped them to reduce their operation and transportation costs immediately, and now they can hold more stock on site and increase production with all the raw materials available on demand.

From the customer’s point of view, no other business can supply the same asset; others could supply a product that has a similar function, but Symington’s will only come to tcs because we provide a total solution not just a product.

Love Bites

We recently delivered a blast freezer unit to Love Bites, Bradford.

They were extremely happy with the service provided, scoring us full marks on our Customer Satisfaction Survey, especially noting the standard of our communication and the condition of the equipment.

The solution we provided has made “such a difference” to their business and the increase in storage space means they can retain customers and keep business running smoothly.
