Greenyard Frozen

We were recently scored full marks on our Customer Satisfaction Survey by Greenyard Frozen, Kings Lynn, after we delivered a 14 pallet unit to their site.

Describing our delivery team as ‘superb’ and ‘very skilled’.

When asked what the unit will do for their business, they responded;

‘It allows us to, from a health and safety point of view,  keep pedestrians away from our main coldstore and the operation where we have MHE moving. We have a lot of NPD work on site, samples for shelf life trials and things like that. Previously we’ve been keeping it in our main chamber so there was a fair bit of pedestrian traffic in and out and of course we want to keep MHE separate from Personnel as much as possible, so having this unit on site is perfect for us’

Warburtons

We recently worked with Warbutons to deliver a single fridge unit to their site in Newcastle.

We’ve worked with them for a number of years and they already have another of our units on their site which they described as ‘serviced, ran and never caused any issues’. They also stated that they can ‘trust and rely on’ us as their provider.

When asked what the unit means for their business, they stated that it ‘opens up some other avenues’, as well as ‘complying with food safety stipulations’ and ‘opens up other opportunities for growth’.

Cytec

We recently delivered a 20 pallet unit to Cytec, Heanor, as they needed flexible solutions for their business.

They scored us full marks on our Customer Satisfaction Questionnaire and have worked with us in the past, describing us as an ‘approved and respected contractor’.

The unit will fulfil its purpose of increasing their ability to be flexible as demand changes.

Cwm Taf

We’ve worked with Cwm Taf for years, and due to the excellent service they’ve received from us, decided to use us again to deliver a 31 pallet freeze unit to their site in Treorchy.

The unit will allow them to have ‘more availability for stock’, helping their business stay on top of an increase in demand as they expand.

Soko Patisserie

We recently delivered a 10 pallet holding unit to Soko Patisserie, Solihull, after we were recommended to them.

When asked what the unit will mean for their business, they stated it will ‘hopefully help us to grow’ as it provides extra capacity as their business requires it due to increased demand.

Yorkshire Premier Meat

We delivered a 31 Pallet Tempering Store to Yorkshire Premier Meat, Pontefract last month.

Choosing us due to our previous existing relationship, the units have allowed them extra capacity for their business. Happy with the service they recieved, they scored us 15/15 on communication prior to delivery, aesthetic condition of equipment & actual delivery performance’.
