We recently delivered a Blast Freezer to The Blue Seafood Company, Paignton.

They scored us full marks on our Customer Satisfaction Survey after being happy with the service that we provided and noted that the existing relationship we have with them is what led them to choose Dawsongroup again this year.

The unit has been put on site to allow them extra capacity for a temporary period of 6 months without them having to “commit to investing in a blast freezer that wouldn’t be needed all year round”.

Elisabeth The Chef

We recently delivered a Blast Freezer to Elisabeth The Chef in Worcester.

Coming up to the winter seasons, they needed a flexible solution which will help them increase capacity as they come up to their busiest time of year, which we were happy to provide.

They used us last year for the same reasons, and when asked what made them choose us again, they stated ‘efficiency of the unit and reliability’ were the main reasons.

Disotto Foods

Disotto Foods, London, recently required some temporary solutions for their site while they have some major work done.

Describing our team as ‘first rate and always available’, they scored us full marks on our Customer Satisfaction Survey and especially noted how the communication was ‘top draw’ and the delivery teams were ‘brilliant’.

The units will allow their business to continue as usual while adjustments are made to their site.

Cranswick Mediterranean Foods

We worked with Cranswick Mediterranean Foods last month to deliver a 43 pallet single fridge unit to their site in Uxbridge.

They scored us full marks on our Customer Satisfaction Survey and were recommended to us by an existing customer, with the mindset of ‘if it’s not broken, don’t fix it’.

The units give them ‘additional capacity for both chilled and frozen’, and will also help them to save money in the current climate as they won’t need to transport goods away from their site.

Greenyard Frozen

We were recently scored full marks on our Customer Satisfaction Survey by Greenyard Frozen, Kings Lynn, after we delivered a 14 pallet unit to their site.

Describing our delivery team as ‘superb’ and ‘very skilled’.

When asked what the unit will do for their business, they responded;

‘It allows us to, from a health and safety point of view,  keep pedestrians away from our main coldstore and the operation where we have MHE moving. We have a lot of NPD work on site, samples for shelf life trials and things like that. Previously we’ve been keeping it in our main chamber so there was a fair bit of pedestrian traffic in and out and of course we want to keep MHE separate from Personnel as much as possible, so having this unit on site is perfect for us’
